The Service is a cloud-based software platform designed to assist users in organizing and accelerating manual content workflows.
The platform provides tools that help users perform tasks that individuals or teams commonly perform manually, such as reviewing content sources, drafting summaries, preparing social media post drafts, generating images, and organizing publishing workflows.
The Service acts as a productivity and workflow acceleration tool that allows users to automate repetitive steps involved in preparing and distributing content.
The platform does not autonomously publish content and does not connect directly to users' social media accounts.
Users remain fully responsible for how they use the outputs generated by the Service.
2. Description of the Service
The Service is a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform accessible through a web interface.
The platform allows users to configure workflows that generate structured outputs, including but not limited to:
- RSS feeds containing generated content
- downloadable CSV files containing prepared posts or content data
These outputs may be used with third-party tools such as social media management platforms, content publishing systems, or other automation tools.
The Service does not directly interact with social media accounts and does not require users to provide social media credentials.
The platform does not control how users publish, distribute, or use the outputs once exported.
3. Eligibility and User Accounts
To use the Service, you must:
- be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction;
- create an account and provide accurate information;
- maintain the security of your login credentials.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to notify the Company immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account.
4. Permitted Use of the Service
The Service is intended to support legitimate content production and workflow automation activities.
Users may use the platform to:
- organize content workflows
- generate content drafts
- prepare structured publishing outputs
- export data through feeds or files.
The Service is not intended to operate as an autonomous publishing system.
Users remain responsible for reviewing and managing all outputs produced through the platform.
5. Generated Content and User Responsibility
The Service provides tools that assist users in generating, organizing, and distributing content outputs such as RSS feeds or structured content files.
The Service functions as a productivity and workflow automation tool designed to accelerate tasks that users could otherwise perform manually.
Users remain solely responsible for:
- the prompts, inputs, configurations, and instructions they provide to the system
- the content generated through their use of the Service
- the manner in which such content is exported, distributed, published, or used.
The Company does not review, verify, or guarantee the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of content generated through the platform.
Use of the Service does not transfer editorial responsibility to the Company.
Users must ensure that their use of the Service complies with all applicable laws, including but not limited to:
- copyright and intellectual property laws
- defamation and content liability regulations
- platform policies of third-party services used to distribute the generated content.
The Company shall not be liable for any consequences arising from the generation, publication, or distribution of content created through the Service.
6. AI-Assisted Output Disclaimer
Some features of the Service may rely on automated or AI-assisted processes.
Content generated through these systems may:
- contain inaccuracies
- require human review
- be incomplete or misleading.
Outputs generated through the Service are provided for assistance purposes only.
Users are responsible for reviewing, validating, and approving any content before publishing or distributing it.
The Company makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of generated outputs.
7. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Activities
Users may not use the Service for activities that are illegal, harmful, or abusive.
Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:
- engaging in illegal activities
- harassment or abuse of others
- incitement to violence
- distribution of illegal content
- copyright infringement
- fraudulent activities
- attempts to disrupt or harm the Service.
Accounts that violate these rules may be suspended or terminated.
8. Infrastructure Protection and Acceptable Technical Use
The Service is designed to operate within reasonable technical usage parameters.
Users agree not to use the Service in ways that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the infrastructure or interfere with other users' access.
Users may not:
- scrape or extract platform data using automated tools
- bypass technical restrictions or usage limits
- perform automated requests that create excessive load
- reverse engineer the platform
- test system vulnerabilities without authorization.
The Company may implement safeguards including:
- rate limits
- request throttling
- automated abuse detection.
If activity places excessive load on the infrastructure, the Company may:
- limit access
- restrict functionality
- suspend accounts.
These measures may occur automatically and without prior notice.
9. Abuse Prevention and Risk Control
The Company may take preventive actions when activity appears to pose a risk to the platform, its infrastructure, other users, or third parties.
Such actions may include:
- usage restrictions
- temporary feature limitations
- verification requests
- account suspension.
These measures may occur automatically or manually.
10. Third-Party Services and Platform Independence
The Service may interact with or rely on third-party systems including:
- RSS sources
- data feeds
- publishing platforms
- social media management tools.
The Company does not control these services.
Users acknowledge that third-party platforms may:
- change APIs
- modify policies
- alter integrations
- restrict automation.
The Company cannot guarantee compatibility with third-party platforms.
If an external RSS feed or platform becomes unavailable or incompatible, this does not constitute a failure of the Service.
11. Subscriptions, Billing and Payments
The Service operates on a subscription model.
Payments are processed through Fastspring, which acts as the Merchant of Record.
Billing details, tax handling, and payment processing are governed by Fastspring's systems.

These policies are incorporated by reference into these Terms.
12. Content Retention and Deletion
The Company may store generated content for operational purposes.
However, the Company does not guarantee indefinite storage of user content.
Users are responsible for exporting their content if they wish to retain it.
Upon account termination, stored content may be deleted after a reasonable period.
13. Export and Data Portability
Users may export their generated outputs through available tools, including:
- RSS feeds
- CSV files
- other export formats provided by the platform.
Export availability is guaranteed while the user's subscription remains active.
14. Subscription Termination and Effects
Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings or billing provider.
Upon termination:
- access to the Service may be revoked
- exports may no longer be available
- stored content may eventually be deleted.
Users are responsible for exporting their data before termination.
15. Data Protection and Privacy
The platform stores limited personal data, including:
- account information
- billing information processed by Fastspring.

The Company may analyze aggregated and anonymized usage data to improve:
- infrastructure
- product features
- system performance.
16. Intellectual Property
The Company retains ownership of:
- the software platform
- system architecture
- design
- underlying technologies.
Users retain ownership of the content they generate through the Service.
The use of the platform does not transfer any ownership rights in the software.
17. Fair Use and Usage Limits
The Service may implement reasonable usage limits in order to maintain system stability.
Accounts that exceed normal usage patterns may be subject to:
- usage limitations
- temporary restrictions
- account review.
18. Service Availability
The Company will make reasonable efforts to maintain service availability.
However, the Service may experience interruptions due to:
- maintenance
- infrastructure failures
- network issues
- third-party dependencies.
The Service is provided on an "as available" basis.
19. Beta Features
From time to time, the Service may offer experimental or beta features.
Beta features may:
- change or be discontinued at any time
- contain bugs
- operate with reduced reliability.
Beta features are provided "as is" without warranties.
20. Service Modifications
The Company may modify or update the Service at any time.

- modifying existing features
- introducing automation improvements
- adjusting pricing
- discontinuing services.
Where appropriate, users may be notified of significant changes.
21. Security and Vulnerability Disclosure
Users may not attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without prior written authorization.
Unauthorized security testing is prohibited.
Users who identify potential vulnerabilities are encouraged to report them responsibly to the Company.
22. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available".
The Company does not guarantee:
- uninterrupted service
- error-free operation
- compatibility with external platforms.
The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.
23. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from claims arising from:
- misuse of the Service
- violation of these Terms
- publication of generated content.
24. Suspension and Termination
The Company may suspend or terminate accounts that:
- violate these Terms
- create risk to the platform
- engage in abusive activities.
Termination may occur without prior notice when necessary to protect the platform.
25. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Portugal, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Portugal.
26. Changes to the Terms
The Company may update these Terms from time to time.
Users will be notified of significant changes where appropriate.
Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
