Because the Service does not provide a traditional free trial, this refund policy effectively allows users to test the Service risk-free after purchase.
If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days from the date of your initial purchase.
Refund requests submitted within the 14-day period will be approved without requiring justification.
If the request is submitted within this period, the full subscription amount paid will be refunded.

When a subscription is canceled:
- the subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
- the subscription will not automatically renew
- no refunds will be issued for unused time within the billing period.

Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings or through the Fastspring customer portal.
Cancellation prevents future billing but does not retroactively refund the current billing period.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed through Fastspring, which acts as the Merchant of Record.
Once the refund is issued through Fastspring, the time required for the refund to appear in the user's account may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
6. Abuse of the Refund Policy
We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases where the refund policy is abused, including but not limited to:
- repeated refund requests
- attempts to exploit the refund policy
- use of the Service in violation of the Terms of Service.

Opening a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting support may delay resolution and could result in account suspension.
