Is Rfeed an SEO tool?
No. Rfeed is content-first. It's built for editorial workflows. SEO is a natural consequence of structured publishing— not the goal.
What kind of content can I create?
Articles for websites, newsletters, podcasts, video scripts, and research workflows—generated from your feeds and URLs.
Can I create a specific article immediately?
Yes. Use Direct URL to process a single page instantly, then refine or promote it with editorial control.
AI & setup
What are AI credits and how do they work?
Credits are consumed by AI-powered steps like rewriting, translation, entity extraction, ... They reset each billing cycle. If you need more, upgrade your plan, buy one time credits or use your own AI key with no credit limits.
Can I use my own AI key?
Yes. BYOK (Bring Your Own AI Key) is available on advanced plans (EXPERT and ENTERPRISE) for maximum flexibility. Rfeed works with OpenAI at the moment.
What does Rfeed automate?
Ingestion, filtering/normalization, relevance evaluation, promotion, and producing publish-ready articles (including translation when enabled).
Do I still have editorial control?
Yes. Automation can run automatically or with manual editorial control—promote what you want, when you want.
Billing & policies
What payment methods are accepted?
Payments are processed by Fastspring. Accepted methods include PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, UnionPay, and other major card networks.
Is there a free trial?
No but we offer a 14-day refund policy (no question asked).
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. If cancelled after 14 days, your subscription remains active until the end of the billing period and will not renew for the next period.
Who handles billing and invoices?
Payments and invoicing are managed by Fastspring.
Can I upgrade or downgrade?
Yes—upgrade and downgrade anytime. If you're unsure, contact us and we'll recommend a plan.
